Chris Hemsworth put his Marvel-lous muscles to good use on a recent family day out.
The Thor star was spotted carrying his twin two-year-old sons Tristan and Sacha in his arms on a visit to the Bungalow Markets with wife Elsa Pataky and their eldest, India Rose, four.
Chris, Elsa, and the kids were joined by his parents Craig and Leonie for the excursion near their new Byron Bay home.

Chris protected himself from the sun with both a hat and sunglasses, but showed off his bulging biceps in a dark T-shirt which he wore with some Quiksilver boradshorts.
Elsa looked boho chic in a paisley dress and slouchy grey cardigan, which she paired with ankle boots and a matching brown fedora hat.
India matched her mother’s bohemian style a grey patterned jumper, tiered leopard print skirt and funky converse trainers.

Chris will no doubt be enjoying even more time with his family after wrapping on Thor: Ragnarok.
The film is the third solo outing for the Asgardian Avenger, and will see Mark Ruffalo’s The Hulk make a significant appearance.
Chris has been filming the Marvel film on the Gold Coast alongside Mark, Tom Hiddleston and Idris Elba, who reprise their roles as Loki and Heimdall.

New to cast his fellow Aussie Cate Blanchett, who will play supervillain Hela, the Asgardian goddess of death who has long been an adversary to Thor.
Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson and Karl Urban also join the cast – as Valkyire, Grandmaster and Skurge – with New Zealand director Taika Waititi helming the threequel.
Thor: Ragnarok will be in cinemas from October 27 in the UK and November 3 in the US. An Australian release date is TBC
