Jason Statham absolutely demolishes Vin Diesel.

The only martial art Vin Diesel has some knowledge of is Muay Thai. He relies too heavily on his strength and as professional fighters will tell you. It’s not about strength but speed. Speed is not only what allows you to dodge an enemies attack but deliver one before they can strike.

One reason why Jason Statham is my favourite action star is because he’s exactly what an action star should be like.

Vin Diesel has a full-body build, he has a regular workout routine he sticks to three days a week that focuses on his shoulders chest, back, and biceps. The other days are dedicated to yoga exercises as well as relaxation.

He weighs 102 kilograms or 225 pounds.

His chest is 132 centimeters or 52 inches wide.

His waist measures 87 cm in width or is about 34 inches wide.

His biceps are 46 cm or 18 inches wide.

His height is 5 ft 11 or 181.6 centimeters and a shoe size of 11.

so as you can imagine he’s a big dude

When training for his role in the “Fast in the Furious 7” he began training in martial arts, including jumping high kicks and fight training, Vin Diesel was also a buff nerd that loved playing Dungeons, and dragons who made his way up as a Club Bouncer in NYC, So it’s obviously safe to say he has been in more than a few fights.

Jason Statham is also fit, he was one of the best divers on a British team, and also competed in the Commonwealth Games around the world and placed 12th at the Olympic World Championships.

He is 5’7, weighs 78 kg, or about 172 lbs, and i think he’s 9 percent body fat.

In addition to Jason Statham’s height and weight, here are a few of his other body statistics. His chest size is 48 inches, his biceps are 15 inches, and his waist measures 34 inches, with a shoe size of 10, Statham is also a sort of big dude

And I guess your wondering what does all of these body measurements have to do with fighting, well because just because your bigger than somebody doesn’t mean you’ll win against them, so I’m putting their stats to see where they rank with each other regarding this,

Jason Statham trained in various martial arts and is considered a top-tier among professional MMA athletes. He does all of his own stunts in his films, including the iconic jump from a jet ski to the rear of a school bus in The Transporter sequel.

Jason Statham Trained in various martial arts, as well as diving and soccer, since a child, Jason Statham has stepped it up a gear since becoming an action icon and is now considered to be as skilled as most MMA fighters. His speciality is kickboxing, but he is also highly trained in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, he has also studied Wing Chun kung fu , karate , and kickboxing.

Here’s what Joe Rogan has to say about him

So I’m gonna have to give the win to Jason Statham, so there you have it 👍

Edit: I see people in the comments saying oh size matters, and anybody who is smaller better be carrying a weapon, martial arts was literally made to turn your body into a weapon, the strength of a kick will obviously depend on the size of the kicker themselves, and they’re technique but an average Muay Thai roundhouse kick transfers energy similar to a baseball bat at about 480 pounds of force per strike, martial arts like Jiu Jitsu were literally made to use a persons weight against them, a regular BJJ sessions trains you to defend yourself against attackers, Brazilian jiu-jitsu teaches you how to use your legs to control a stronger opponent and increases your flexibility to escape a difficult confrontation. Every time you train, you are literally challenged both mentally, and especially physically, it is a grappling-based sport. It doesn’t start on the ground, but that’s where most of the fight occurs. BJJ is great because it doesn’t rely on strength or size to submit your opponent. Along with its use of chokes and holds, this makes it very effective for street fighting, along with Judo, and plenty others.
