The John Wick star, 58, and his sister were spotted sipping champagne and diving in the ocean during a relaxed boat day in Capri.
Keanu Reeves has joined the masses currently enjoying the European summer in Italy.
The John Wick star, 58, smiled as he stripped off to his green boardies for a swim with his sister in Capri.
Reeves was seen jumping off a small boat and into the ocean before having some snacks and champagne on board with Kim Reeves, 56, with whom he shares a close relationship.

At one point during his Italian getaway, the actor also took to the streets on a yellow Vespa, smiling as he made his way around town in the sunshine.
It marked a rare public sighting of the famously low-key actor, who has previously spoken about his bond with his younger sister

Following her decade-long battle with leukaemia, Reeves donated 70 per cent of his pay cheque from the first The Matrix film to fund cancer research, and became Kim’s primary carer as she struggled with the disease.
He also sold his home to move closer to her and reportedly spent $5 million on therapies to help in her recovery.
Keanu became her main carer in the early 1990s helping to nurse her back to health while his acting career went stratospheric.
As he once said of his role in her life: “She was always there for me, you know. I will always be here for her.”
Reeves has since established a cancer charity foundation, explaining why he hadn’t attached his name to it in an interview with Ladies Home Journal in 2009.
“I have a private foundation that’s been running for five or six years, and it helps aid a couple of children’s hospitals and cancer research,” he said.
“I don’t like to attach my name to it, I just let the foundation do what it does.”

The notoriously private couple have made only a handful of public appearances since revealing their relationship in 2019.
However, earlier this year, Reeves gave a very rare insight into their romance while responding to a question from People magazine about the last moment he felt “bliss”.
“We were in bed. We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great. It was just really nice to be together.”
