There’s no better afternoon pick-me-up than a shirtless photo of Henry Cavill.
The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice shared a seriously buff photo on Instagram, adding that he’s just warming up to get back in this shape for filming another Superman film – Justice League Part One – set to premiere in 2017.
“Warm up phase for Superman training started today! Posting this pic to set myself a minimum goal … and force myself to actually keep going haha!” he captioned the photo, along with tagging his trainer Timothy Michael Blevins.
The Man From U.N.C.L.E actor, who previously revealed he was bullied as a kid for being overweight, recently explained how he got his body in superhero shape.
“I put weight on and then lose it again before we start shooting,” he told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show.
But he keeps cardio to the bedroom.
“I run. That’s the savory answer,” he said.
Cavill, 32, stars alongside Ben Affleck in Batman v Superman, which hits theaters March 25.
