It doesn’t take long to realise that Aussie actor Chris Hemsworth is into fitness. (One glance should do it.) The actor, who plays the title role in Marvel’s Thor franchise, has been known to bulk up for the role.

The actor frequently takes to Instagram to share his top workout tips and tricks, alongside healthy recipes and diet advice. Most of Hemsworth’s recommendations link back to his health and wellness app, Centr, which he founded in 2019.

Case in point: the “monster” strength workout he posted to Instagram this week, which has already amassed over 4.4 million views and thousands of comments.

“This one’s a monster [and] not for the faint hearted,” he captioned the two minute video. “Go at your own pace and give it a crack!”

“10 reps each exercise, all continuous,” Hemsworth says in the video before getting stuck into it. The exercises are as follows:

  • 10 x bicep curl
  • 10 x overhead press
  • 10 x tricep extension
  • 10 x squat
  • 10 x lunge
  • 10 x bent over row
  • 10 x standing twists
