The Transformers franchise is one of the best-known mecha franchises of all time. What started off as a series of action figures and a Japanese-American animated series became one of the most popular brands in the world and one of the best 80s series ever. Since its debut, numerous revivals and reboots have been made, including video games and a live-action movie series that started off strongly but began declining at one point. The live-action franchise is currently going through a soft reboot or revamp with Bumblebee becoming a hit for the franchise after many failures.

Now, the franchise is heading into a somewhat different direction, as a CGI feature-length animated movie, Transformers One, is currently scheduled to be released later this year, and the first official trailer for the movie has finally been released.
The trailer is officially announced and revealed by Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree Henry, the two principal voice actors who will provide voices for younger versions of Optimus Prime and Megatron. Here is the trailer:
Alongside the addition of Elita-1, who is going to be voiced by Scarlett Johansson, we are going to see a younger version of Bumblebee, voiced by Keegan-Michael Key (no, Peele is not in the movie), as well as Sentinel Prime, voiced by Jon Hamm, and Alpha Trion, whose voice will be provided by Laurence Fishbourne. Steve Buscemi has also been cast, but his role is not known as of the time of writing.
